Will2Well, founded in 2017, is an international platform offering a variety of fitness and wellness services, including personal training, group classes, nutrition, and life coaching, designed to be fun, effective, and result-oriented. The company’s mission is centered around the inspiring story of founder and CEO Zahra, a former kickboxer from Afghanistan to Canada. With a diploma in fitness and health, a Master Certified Life Coach, a Body Transformation Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Group Fitness Instructor, Zahra believes in education, motivation, and empowerment for individuals to feel and look better. Her own journey of overcoming adversity, including homelessness and single parenthood, deeply influences the compassionate and empowering ethos of Will2Well.

Will2Well has expanded its offerings to include over 100 group classes and life, personal, and nutrition coaching catering to various fitness levels and goals. The company has partnered with NatCan Weight Loss and Skin Clinic to enhance its service offerings. The company also provides classes to high schools, colleges, universities, community centres, shelters, mosques, and churches.

Zahra Zahed

Life Coach

Zahra is the founder and CEO of Will2Well. She is a Master Certified Life Coach, Body Transformation Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with a diploma in fitness and health from Centennial College. Zahra believes in education, motivation and empowering individuals with the right mindset and wellness strategies to achieve their highest potential. She provides a safe space to help clients achieve their visions, such as simplifying life, making more money, having healthier relationships, and finding happiness, fulfillment, peace, and joy. Personal training is also a powerful tool to change mindsets, love oneself, rethink obesity, uphold values, and transform the body. Zahra encourages embracing flaws and celebrating strengths through safe, challenging and FUN exercises.


Laurelle Fullan

Class Type: Therapeutic Exercises

A Toronto-based Yoga and Meditation instructor, a free spirit, daydreamer, and believer, enjoys movement, breathing, and stillness. She studies astrology and is a perpetual student, constantly learning and exploring. Her journey with Yoga has not been linear, as she initially thought she couldn’t offer services due to her lack of flexibility and advanced poses. However, during her training, she realized that flexibility wasn’t a requirement and that extravagant inversions were not necessary. Her goal is to inspire those who may find yoga intimidating and encourage self-acceptance and personal growth through her movement, meditation, and astrology offerings. By practicing regularly, one can integrate the knowledge gained on the mat into their daily lives.


Rachel Metherel

Class Type: Qigong

Rachel is a Qigong instructor, personal trainer, and massage therapist with a level 2 certificate from Ji Hong School of Tai Chi and Qigong in Mississauga. She has experienced positive effects on her physical and mental health, reducing anxiety and depression. Rachel is passionate about sharing her experience and has become certified as a personal trainer and human movement specialist with the Brookbush Institute. She specializes in functional fitness and corrective exercise. In her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, creating, traveling, and hiking.

Coach Shereen Zand-Asmar

Shireen Karyn Ali


With her West Indian parentage, Shireen was surrounded by a plethora of cultural practices and traditions that ignited her passion for performing arts at an early age. Dance became her vehicle for cross-cultural expression and dialogue, leading her to become one of Toronto’s recipients of the Black History Month Award in 2013. Shireen has achieved her B.A. and M.A. in Dance Studies from York University and teaches Bollywood Dance, Belly Dance, Zumba® and Strong by Zumba® across the GTA to all ages and skill levels. She strives to bring out the energy, joy, and confidence in all of her students no matter their fitness level or dance experience.


Mariana Silva


Mariana Silva is a passionate yoga instructor who began her journey in 2016 after discovering the physical benefits of yoga. She completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program in Toronto, focusing on yoga philosophy, anatomy, asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Mariana pursued Reiki certification in 2019 to enhance her holistic approach to healing. Her teaching style is characterized by warmth, compassion, and a deep belief in individual potential. Her classes blend dynamic sequences with s

Maureen currently resides in Israel with her partner, teaching and performing in the circus across the country. She has spent 15 years working with patients with diabetes, guiding them through healthy eating plans and lifestyle modifications. Sofia is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle, focusing on lasting changes through healthy eating, mindful eating techniques, positive body image, and physical activity. With experience in various settings and health issues, she guides patients to achieve their health goals and helps prevent, treat, and control various health conditions. Her genuine love for sports, fitness, and health is evident in her commitment to helping others become their best versions. Himsi is pursuing a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College. With a background in medicine and high school studies, Himsi is passionate about cardio kickboxing and believes everyone should have the opportunity to participate in a healthy lifestyle. She aims to make her lessons accessible to people of varying fitness backgrounds and experience levels, allowing everyone to reach their maximum potential. She believes that we can grow, build self-assurance, and connect with our inner strength through cardio kickboxing. Alex, originally from Ecuador, has been passionate about sports since childhood, with martial arts captivating him the most. His dedication led to recognition as the best athlete at university, provincial, and national levels, and he became a Pan-American champion. With 14 years in martial arts and 8 years as a coach, he has trained beginner to advanced athletes.

Alex holds a master’s degree in personal training and sports coaching and believes in continuous learning. This belief took him to China for three years, where he refined his skills with the Zhejiang University of Technology’s kung fu team. Now in Toronto, Alex is studying Fitness and Health Promotion at Centennial College to complement his sports knowledge and coaching expertise.

This exceptional combination of qualifications, along with valuable work experience, allows her to bring a global perspective to her work.

Tasmia has achieved diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Centennial College. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of community wellness initiatives and health promotion strategies. This diploma has strengthened her knowledge of personal and group fitness training methods in scientific ways to make a significant impact in the field.

Driven by a passion for empowering individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles, Tasmia is eager to launch her career in Toronto’s dynamic fitness and health promotion landscape.
